✓ Raised as an atheist, Tchiki pursued science. She was never a spiritual seeker.
✓ She completed a BA, MA, and PhD, studying emotions and their effects on well-being. ✓ She built a career as a psychology writer, and her articles reached more than 30 million people. ✓ In 2018, she had a partial kundalini rising which eventually evolved into a spontaneous heart awakening and nondual awareness. ✓ As greater nondual clarity emerged, she wrote the content for this website. |
✓ In 2026, these realizations became so deeply embodied that the mental structures required for conceptual work — teaching, writing, coaching — dissolved. The career as a psychology writer came to an end.

This particular function is sometimes called:
- A Lighthouse: Stable, stationary, emitting something consistently without directing it at anyone specifically.
- Frequency Holding: Like a tuning fork that doesn't try to tune anything but simply holds its frequency steadily enough that other instruments begin to find it.
- Transmutation: Because there isn't contraction or resistance to your "negative" emotions, they are held with unconditional allowing. As a result, something often shifts in your experience. This is often described as a greater sense of calm, grounding, or clarity.
