✓ One person shares at a time until they feel complete (please allow each person to speak without interruption).
✓ For each person, I listen without agenda, gently mirroring the experience and pointing towards deeper exploration of the everythingness/nothingness underneath. 

If you look deeply enough into anything, you'll find there is nothing there.

Who is this for?
Meetings are open to anyone, regardless of their spiritual, educational, or cultural background. Spiritual background or training is irrelevant for this group. Spiritual beliefs tend to be a hindrance rather than a helper.

What happens in these meetings?
We go around the group, giving each person as much time as they need to share their present moment experiences (usually people focus on feeling emotions and sensations or deconstructing beliefs and thoughts). This anchoring in the moment, physical body, and embodied experience (rather than being in thoughts, beliefs, and concepts) can serve as a calming, stable foundation, allowing for greater clarity, emotional release, and deeper insight into the nature of reality.

How does it work?
Your emotions and physical sensations are simply energetic expressions of All That Is. They are not right or wrong, good or bad, true or untrue. Together, we invite these experiences to be themselves without judgment, labels, or conceptualization. This witnessing & allowing gently invites the experience to flip "inside out", deconstruct itself, or express itself differently.

About your host (Tchiki)
I don't interact with (and rarely even point out) the stories your mind tells. Rather, I am looking for cracks where I can reach the energies/emotions underneath the story. If you can allow your present moment experiences to express their fullness, then I can witness them for what they truly are, giving them permission to realize their simultaneous emptiness.

➟​ Because this is highly energetic work, I often need alone time for recovery after each meeting.
➟​ Everyone in the group seems to play a role, supporting a stable and safe place for emotions and beliefs to explore themselves.

How are these meetings different than other sanghas or satsang meetings?
These meetings are ​secular (not affiliated with any religion or spiritual approach). Here, we hold space for the exploration and expression of psychological processes happening in the present moment. We aim to see all beliefs and concepts for what they are, ultimately unreal. 

Is this right for me?
This may be for you if you want to:
✅ Strengthen awareness and self-insight by looking more deeply into yourself
✅ Integrate direct awakening experiences (shifts, openings, and insights) by talking them out
✅ Identify stuck patterns in your present-moment experience by exploring them directly
✅ Deepen awakening by opening to exploration of your blind spots
✅ Move beyond spiritual concepts and interpretations into embodied awakening and deeper layers of nonduality

What This Isn't:
❌ Not a Q&A session about what awakening or enlightenment is
❌ Not discussing your personal history, stories, identity, past, or future
❌ Not figuring out "why" things happened or what it all means
❌ Not getting advice or coaching on what to do next
❌ Not talking **about** spiritual concepts or spiritual beliefs

At deep stages of awakening, teachings (including spiritual concepts, coaching, practices, and Q&A) no longer make sense, so I am unable to provide this kind of support.

How many people will join the meeting?
Lately, we've had about 5-8 people per meeting.

What are the meetings like?
This meeting is a discussion based on your present moment experiences. Each person is given ample time to feel into and explore their experience while I hold a space of calm acceptance and offer responses whenever they arise.

​If someone gets caught in past stories, future worries, questions about right actions, or current identities, I gently guide them back to the present moment if possible and appropriate.

What is the cost?
These meetings are free. Donate if you are able to.

​Are meetings made public?
Possibly. These meetings may be recorded and may be published on our YouTube page. (But I have not done this so far, and it's looking less and less likely that I will).

What to expect
As I continue on my own journey, the format of the meeting may change or evolve to accommodate increased clarity.
